Gujarat, meanwhile, will have their mettle tested in the playoffs, provided they qualify, when they will be without England talisman Jos Buttler who will be flying out due to international commitments. All of the burden of getting GT off to quick starts will then fall on captain Shubman Gill and B Sai Sudharsan but they’ll cross that bridge when they get there. Buttler will be available for Sunday’s match and will look to replicate his heroics from the last time these two sides met in April where he scored 97.
