Filipina tennis ace Alex Eala will make her French Open main draw debut on Sunday when she takes on Colombia's Emiliana Arango in the first round of the women's singles tournament on Sunday.

Here is Eala's schedule as of writing:

First round: Eala vs Emiliana Arango - May 25, 6:30 p.m.

Arango, 24 years old, is ranked no. 85 by the Women's Tennis Association, while Eala, who recently turned 20, is currently ranked 73rd in the world.

Eala has been on the rise lately following her dream run in the Miami Open back in March where she defeated Grand Slam champions such as Madison Keys and Iga Swiatek before falling to Jessica Pegula in the semis.

In Madrid, however, Eala fell to Swiatek in the Round of 64 last April 24.

In the Italian Open just days ago, Eala partnered with Coco Gauff to compete in the doubles where they reached the quarterfinals.
