Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry are both in flying form after they came in first and second, respectively, at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am.

They both took home a portion of the $20million purse, which is added to their already incredible career winnings.

The golfers are both worth millions, with each of them also signing up to impressive sponsorships and purchasing properties.

From the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am, Rory won $3.6milliom, while Shane received $2.1million.

Rory McIlroy

It has been reported last year that Rory is worth $299million (€267m). This was earned between his major tour wins and huge endorsement deals.

His net worth puts him within the top ten richest golfers.

From his involvement in PGA Tours alone, he has bagged over $94million.

Rory moved to the golfing capital of the world Jupiter in Florida back in August 2017.

He purchased a 12,800-square-foot mansion for $10million, with the property previously owned by PGA star Ernie Els.

It is located in The Bear's Club, a golf development which was founded by Jack Nicklaus in 1999.

The neighbourhood is home to big name athletes like basketball star Michael Jordan, tennis legends Serena and Venus Williams and fellow golfers Luke Donald and Michelle Wie.

Rory also used to own a luxury home called Robinhall House in Moneyreagh, Co Down. It had its own private golf course, a lake stocked with 1,200 trout, a tennis court, outdoor hot tub and cinema.

He sold the property many years ago for €3.5million.

Rory is very popular with sponsors and has worked with TaylorMade, Nike, NBC Sports/Golf Pass, Omega, Optum and Workday.

He has worked with Nike for many years now and extended his contract in 2017 for 10 more years. It has been reported that he earns $10million per year from this deal.

It has been estimated that he makes approximately $35million a year from his endorsement deals alone in total.

Shane Lowry

While Shane’s exact net worth has not been confirmed, it has been estimated that he is worth over €23million.

Shane and his wife Wendy Homer own two houses, one in Dublin and another in the United States.

The couple purchased their Victorian-style new build in south Dublin back in 2015.

With the father-of-two spending considerable time in the US working, he purchased a property in the affluent Florida town of Jupiter. It is also the home of his fellow Irish golf pro Rory McIlroy.

Another big part of Shane’s net worth is the money he makes from sponsorship deals.

Bank of Ireland has been on his shirt since 2014 with the golfer acting as their brand ambassador.

In 2019, Shane signed on to become the global brand ambassador for Teneo, the public relations and advisory company.

He also wears the Srixon logo on his hats and signed a contract extension with them in 2019 after working with them over 15 years at the time.
