Very special day for Barça Academies in Korea

It was a day to remember for the 85 boys and girls from the Barça Academies in Korea who visited FC Barcelona’s training session. After what was the team’s penultimate session on Korean soil, all of them had the chance to spend some time with their idols.

These boys and girls are taking part in a camp held in Suwon from 2 to 5 August. Earlier this year, in January and February, five other camps were held in Korea, three also in Suwon and two in Seoul.

The Barça Academy is FC Barcelona’s official academy — a school for life that educates young people through football, offering a comprehensive education that combines sport and personal development. It follows a unique model based on the Barça methodology. Aimed at boys and girls aged 6 to 18, it replicates the playing style used by Barça’s youth teams — the "Barça style".

The main goal of the project is to expand the Barça brand around the world by sharing the club’s philosophy: a proactive, collective, and creative style of play, underpinned by the core values of respect, effort, ambition, teamwork, and humility.
