The high-rise murals are in Aberdeen

Two giant murals of football legend Denis Law have been painted on a high-rise block in his home city of Aberdeen.

He was born and raised in the Granite City and played most of his career for Manchester United.

Law - whose 30 goals for Scotland made him his country's joint top scorer - died on 17 January at the age of 84.

Artist Jerome Davenport worked on the tribute project in the Printfield area of Aberdeen. One image shows Law playing for Scotland, the other while he was with United.
