Hurling quarter-finals still have Saturday billing as more GAA+ controversy looms

The All-Ireland hurling quarter-finals have been listed as Saturday fixtures once again with the Tailteann Cup football semi-finals retaining their Sunday afternoon slots in June, according to the RTE schedule of championship games for 2025.

It had been anticipated that the hurling quarter-finals would return to the Sunday afternoon slots with the second tier football semi-finals moving to Saturday. And that may yet happen.
