VAR is under serious scrutiny in Scotland as Mark Clattenburg exposes the video referee for missing the Liam Scales Celtic penalty shout.

The former FIFA referee has already delivered a damning verdict on Auston Trusty’s Celtic Park red card after Clattenburg said that the Hoops defender was ‘unlucky’ to be sent for an early bath.

And now, after Celtic lost to Hibs, Clattenburg has delivered his thoughts on the penalty the Hoops were denied just minutes after VAR was quick to instruct a red card to the US defender.
