Easter Weekend Footy for Pathways as Junior Reps Round Out Regular Season

The South Sydney Rabbitohs’ senior pathways teams will take on the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs on Good Friday 3 April, whilst the four junior representative teams will finish their regular seasons against the Balmain Tigers and Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles on Easter Saturday 4 April.

The SG Ball Cup under 19s men’s team and the Harold Matthews Cup under 17s boys’ team will be looking to secure top four berths heading into the Finals, with the SG Ball team currently undefeated through eight rounds with six wins, a draw and a bye. The Harrold Matthews Cup team have only dropped one game so far throughout the regular season.

The Tarsha Gale Cup under 19s women’s team and the Lisa Fiaola Cup under 17s girls’ team have played vastly improved football throughout their seasons, however neither are able to qualify for the Finals with only one game of the regular season to play.

The NSW Cup men’s clash between the Rabbitohs and the Bulldogs will be the curtain raiser to the NRL fixture at Accor Stadium on Good Friday, with kick off scheduled for 1:45pm.

The Jersey Flegg Cup under 21s men’s match between the Rabbitohs and the Bulldogs is scheduled to kick off at 11am on Good Friday at Redfern Oval.

The SG Ball Cup clash between the Rabbitohs and the Tigers will commence at 12pm on Easter Saturday at Leichhardt Oval, preceded by the Harold Matthews Cup game between the same clubs at 10:30am.

The Tarsha Gale Cup match between the Rabbitohs and the Sea Eagles will be played on Saturday 4 April, commencing at 11:30am, preceded by the Lisa Fiaola Cup clash at 10am, with both games being played at the Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation in Narrabeen.
