Huge Fine for Rodri After Criticizing Premier League Referees

Rodri, the Spanish midfielder of Manchester City, has been hit with a significant financial penalty after controversial remarks about refereeing in the Premier League.

The Football Association announced a fine of £80,000, which equals more than €90,000, following comments the midfielder made after a recent match involving Pep Guardiola’s side.

The situation dates back to the 2–2 draw between Manchester City and Tottenham on March 4, when Rodri voiced frustration about several refereeing decisions during the match.
