Chelsea Diary: A decisive week

As we celebrate more history made by the women, it is over to our men to complete the job as our Premier League campaign goes down to the final week. Here's what's coming up at Chelsea in the next seven days.

Monday

The week begins with all the reaction to a brilliant weekend for our men's and women's teams. Firstly, Enzo Maresca reacts to Friday evening's crucial win over Manchester United, which kept UEFA Champions League qualification within our own hands going into this final week of the Premier League season, as do captain Reece James, Pedro Neto and the scorer of the decisive goal, Marc Cucurella.

Sonia Bompastor also has her say after the Blues completed an incredible Treble with their own victory over Man Utd, in the Women's FA Cup final. You can also hear from the two players who got their name on the scoresheet at Wembley, Sandy Baltimore and Catarina Macario, as well as Aggie Beever-Jones.

We also hear from Chelsea Women's new minority investor Alexis Ohanian, who was at the game with his wife Serena Williams and their daughter Olympia.

Tuesday

Although there is still one game remaining in the Premier League, our attention will temporarily switch further forward on Tuesday, when Cobham hosts the obligatory media day for the UEFA Conference League final.

That will include a press conference with Maresca at midday, looking ahead to our meeting with Real Betis in Poland, followed by an hour-long open training session at 3pm. You can watch them both live on the official Chelsea website and Chelsea Official App.

We also hear from Naomi Girma, Nathalie Bjorn and Bompastor after our impressive 3-0 win over Manchester United on Sunday.

Wednesday

We will have the first part of our exclusive interview with Sonia Bompastor on Wednesday as she reflects on a Treble-winning start to life as the Blues' head coach. Since joining the Blues last summer, she guided us to an undefeated domestic campaign, lifting the Women's League Cup, Women's FA Cup and Women's Super League trophies.

We will also be back at Cobham capturing some of the best imagery from our men's team training sessions throughout the week.

Thursday

You can read the second part of our exclusive interview with Bompastor on Thursday, as she reflects on an incredible first season in English football.

We will also ramping up our coverage ahead of the Blues' trip to Nottingham Forest on the final day of the Premier League season.

Friday

Lucy Bronze is the next Chelsea player to give her thoughts on an incredible silverware-filled campaign for the Blues, after completing the Treble with victory in the FA Cup final at Wembley.

As the build-up to the weekend's huge final Premier League fixture continues to gain momentum, Maresca will be previewing the match against Nottingham Forest in his pre-match press conference. Saturday

We will be setting the scene for the weekend's action with all the facts and figures you need to know, as well as outlining the state of play and all the possible permutations on the final day of the season, with five teams currently separated by just a single point in the fight for Champions League qualification, knowing two will have to miss out.

Sunday

It all comes down to this. One last Premier League fixture this season will decide whether we qualify for the Champions League. We travel away to fellow hopefuls Nottingham Forest knowing the outcome is in our hands, with a victory sealing our spot in the top five, regardless of results elsewhere.

Kick-off for this game, and all the matches in this last round of fixtures, is at 4pm and you can follow all the build-up, action and reaction as it happen throughout the day in our Nottingham Forest vs Chelsea Match Centre.
