Kai Trump Posts First Photo Since Tiger Woods' Arrest

Kai Trump, the 18-year-old University of Miami golf commit, has spent a lot of time with Tiger Woods over the past year-plus.

Kai's mother, Vanessa, is dating Tiger Woods. Kai Trump has spent time with the 15-time major champion at multiple professional golf tournaments, some The Golf League events and more. Tiger and Vanessa Trump have been dating since early 2025 and appear to still be going strong.

However, earlier this weekend, Tiger Woods was arrested, on suspicion of DUI. He was involved in a rollover car accident in a residential neighborhood. Woods reportedly passed a breathalyzer test, but refused a urine test. This is Woods' second DUI arrest.

The New York Post faced criticism for its Kai Trump headline in the wake of Tiger's arrest. The New York Post shared a photo of Woods' car along with this headline: "Kai Trump was miles away at Miami Open during Tiger Woods crash."

Golf fans weren't happy.

"This headline and this article is completely useless," another person said. "There’s no connection with the two."

"What am I supposed to do with this information," another social media user wrote.

Kai Trump, meanwhile, appears to be ignoring the Tiger Woods news - at least publicly. She posted her first Instagram photo since the incident.

Kai Trump spent time at the Miami Open, enjoying the tennis world in the wake of Tiger's arrest.

"I had a great time at the Miami Open! Huge congrats to my friend @arynasabalenka for getting the win. I love what @arynasabalenka and @cocogauff are doing for women sports!" she wrote.

Kai Trump has previously shared photos of her experiences watching Tiger Woods, including at TGL.

The Secret Service reportedly won't let Tiger Woods drive Kai Trump around

The U.S Secret Service reportedly will not let Tiger Woods drive President Trump's grandchildren, including Kai Trump, around anymore.

"President Trump’s family is far from pleased that someone with Tiger Woods’ issues is driving around his grandchildren, a family insider told the Post in the aftermath of the golf legend’s DUI arrest in Jupiter Island, Florida," the New York Post wrote.

The grandchildren are reportedly being protected from Woods' driving issues.

“There would be concern if their kids weren’t being protected by Secret Service,” the source told The Post.

President Trump, meanwhile, is worried about his friend.

"I feel so badly. He's got some difficulties," President Trump said on the tarmac in Miami.

"There was an accident, that's all I know. He's a very close friend of mine. He's an amazing person, amazing man, but some difficulties."
