'A Monday morning feeling never experienced before' Liverpool 1-2 Newcastle

What we do have this morning for Newcastle United supporters everywhere is a Monday morning feeling the like of which they have never experienced before.

I am not sure when I last witnessed such a mass display of joyousness from a group of football supporters of that size inside Wembley stadium.

They just didn't want to leave the place...so they didn't. They stayed absolutely as long as they could inside the stadium. To see the three tiers of Wembley stadium with the black and white stripes - it was something else.

To have gone through so many decades without having a day like yesterday, that is why we saw the outpouring of joy that we did.
