Collingwood have revealed the guernsey numbers to be worn by the Club’s new recruits for the 2025 season, including a number change for a second-year Magpie.

With the Club welcoming six new recruits during the 2025 off-season, Collingwood are pleased to announce the new guernsey numbers for the upcoming tenth AFLW season – along with one number change for a second-year Pie.

#12 – Georgia Knight

Taken with pick 26 at the 2024 NAB AFLW Draft, Knight will wear #12 for Collingwood, the number vacated by inaugural Magpie Stacey Livingstone who retired at the end of last season. It is also the same number Knight wore at the Eastern Ranges.

A crafty forward with an innate goal sense, Knight finished second in the Coates Talent League leading goalkicker tally last year, finishing her season with 27 goals across 16 games for the Ranges.

#14 – Mattea Breed

After spending the previous two seasons with Hawthorn, new Magpie Breed will don #14 in the black and white in 2025.

Known for her drive and attacking ability in the midfield, the 23-year-old had a breakout year in 2024 where she accumulated 50 clearances and averaged 13.5 disposals and 5.3 tackles for the Hawks.

Unafraid to put her body on the line, Breed was also named as a Mark of the Year finalist in 2024.

#16 – Ash Centra

The Club’s second-ever number 1 pick, Centra will wear #16 for Collingwood – the same number she wore for Gippsland Power in the Coates Talent League.

Highly regarded since the age of 15, the now 19-year-old had a breakout year in 2024, averaging 27.7 disposals and 4.2 tackles for Gippsland. The 176cm midfielder has also proven she can be a threat up forward, having kicked 18 goals for the Power in 2024.

#21 – Amber Schutte

Second-year Magpie Schutte has traded her #32 for #21, the number she wore for Gippsland Power in the Coates Talent League in 2023.

Drafted with pick 32 in the 2023 AFLW draft, the young defender debuted in Week Two last season, however her best game was arguably in Week Six against Richmond where she had 10 disposals and five tackles in the Pies’ loss to the Tigers.

#24 – Kellyann Hogan

Rookie-listed Hogan will wear the #24 as she embarks on her AFLW journey with the Pies.

The fourth ever Irish recruit to the Collingwood AFLW program, the Gaelic footballer was recently named in the 2025 Lidl Division 1 Team of the Year in the Ladies Gaelic Football Association as a right half forward.

#26 – Violet Patterson

Taken with pick 42 in the 2024 AFLW Draft, father-daughter selection Patterson will wear the #26 for the club her father Stephen played 96 games for.

Drafted from Glenelg in the SANFLW, the competitive winger earned her selection in the South Australian team for the under-18s National Championships after averaging 18.5 disposals and 7.8 tackles in the SANFLW last year.

#36 – Airlie Runnalls

After spending the last four seasons with Fremantle, lifelong Pies supporter Runnalls will wear #36, the same number as her childhood idol Dane Swan.

Coming off a season where she made it through to the semi-final, the Victorian-born winger’s best game came in Fremantle’s elimination final win over the Bombers where she had 17 disposals, five tackles, and a goal in the team’s 10-point win.
