The Morocco U17 team brilliantly won the Union of North African Football (UNAF) tournament, securing their qualification for the final phase of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations, which will be held in Morocco.During the fourth and final matchday, played at the Martyrs of Benina Stadium in Benghazi, the Atlas Cubs defeated Libya U17 with a score of 3–1.The match got off to a flying start, with Adam Bougazir opening the scoring as early as the 2nd minute. Libya quickly responded through Mohamed Jroud, who equalized in the 10th minute. However, Bougazir, in great form, restored Morocco’s lead just before halftime (45th minute), allowing his team to head into the break with a 2–1 advantage.In the second half, Adnane Boujofi sealed the Moroccan victory by scoring the third goal in the 55th minute.With this win, Morocco completed the tournament with a flawless record: four victories in four matches against Tunisia U17 (2–0), Algeria U17 (3–0), Egypt U17 (2–1), and Libya (3–1).Crowned UNAF champions, the young Moroccans now head confidently into the U17 Africa Cup of Nations, which will take place on home soil.
