Shoaib pens sweet birthday wish for Sana

In an Instagram post shared Tuesday, cricketer Shoaib Malik wished actor-wife Sana Javed on her special day. "Happy birthday, beautiful. Thank you for simply being you and may you have many more, SJ."

The wish was attached to a black-and-white photo of the two. Sana's arms were wrapped around a seated Shoaib; he lovingly held her hands as the two flashed bright smiles to the camera.

Resharing the post on Instagram Stories, Sana wrote in response, "Love you so much, beautiful human."

Shoaib's comments section was flooded with much love for his wife on her birthday. "Wishing you a very happy birthday. God bless you, always," a user said, while many others added notes of appreciation for the couple in their comments.

The sportsman's post comes after an affectionate carousel from his wife shared earlier this month. Posting a series of photos of the couple holding each other as they posed before a pair of cakes, Sana wrote, "Celebrating you today and everyday, my love. You are pure magic."

The two celebrated their first wedding anniversary in January. The Ruswai actor marked the special occasion by posting a thread of photos from their wedding celebrations on Instagram. "Happy anniversary, my love. Life is beautiful with you. Love you, hero," she said in the caption.

Sana and Shoaib tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in 2024. The newlyweds took to social media and announced their marriage, with the actor changing her display name to "Sana Shoaib Malik" to make it official.

They shared two pictures from their wedding ceremony. "Alhamdullilah," the post's caption read. "And We created you in pairs." Clad in colour-coordinated ensembles, the couple embraced each other.

Shoaib was previously married to Indian former tennis player Sania Mirza; the two share a son. Meanwhile, Sana was hitched to musician Umair Jaswal before their divorce in 2023.
