Luke Sayers’ firm considers name change over photo scandal

Consultancy Sayers Group is considering a name change after its co-founder and chairman, Luke Sayers, took a leave of absence from the firm and quit the Carlton Football Club presidency over a lewd photo scandal.

The firm was built around Mr Sayers’ personal brand and gathered high-profile Melbourne business identities to bankroll the venture when it launched in 2021. Many are long-time friends, which suggests it will be a complicated task moving on without the former PwC chief executive at the helm.
