Novak Djokovic secured the 101st ATP title of his remarkable career with a determined 4-6, 6-3, 7-5 victory over Lorenzo Musetti in the Athens Open final. In doing so, he became only the third man in history to surpass 100 titles, joining Roger Federer and Jimmy Connors. At the age of 38 years and five months, Djokovic also became the oldest ATP champion since Ken Rosewall’s 1977 win in Hong Kong. This victory marked his 72nd career title on hard courts, surpassing Federer’s 71 and setting a new all-time record for the most titles on this surface. Djokovic’s longevity, physical conditioning, and mental toughness continue to defy age and expectations, maintaining his dominance across all formats. With 24 Grand Slam titles, 38 Masters 1000 titles, and now 101 overall championships, Djokovic is just two titles behind Federer and eight behind Connors on the all-time ATP leaderboard.
