Wolves fans will surely agree with the message Matheus Cunha just sent to Andre on Instagram

Wolves made it six straight wins in the Premier League against Leicester City on Saturday – and Andre left Matheus Cunha very impressed.

Wolves are in dreamland at the moment, and are the in-form team of the English top-flight.

Leicester rocked up to Molineux already relegated.

Perhaps they would try to produce something with the pressure off. But Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side were comfortably beaten, with Wolves oozing confidence.

Matheus Cunha scored his 15th Premier League goal of the season, and Jorgen Strand Larsen was also on target, equalling Raul Jimenez’s first season tally for Wolves.

Rodrigo Gomes also got in on the act, finishing off a fantastic breakaway.

There some tremendous individual performances for Wolves, and one man who shone once again was Andre in midfield.

Andre has been a key component for Wolves during this winning run, and even before.

The Brazilian had a low key start at Molineux following his £21 million move from Fluminense.

But now, under Vitor Pereira, he has become one of the team’s most important players, and has shown remarkable consistency in the engine room alongside Joao Gomes.

Andre, who won Wolves’ most recent Player of the Month award, just seems to be getting better and better for the Old Gold.

And yesterday, his efforts were not lost on Cunha.

Andre posted on Instagram after Wolves’ win, featuring the caption ‘Happy’.

Several players responded, but it was Cunha’s comment that is likely to resonate with fans the most.

Andre stats for Wolves vs Leicester

Wolves fans are now getting pretty used to Andre dominating games of football.

Leicester were one of the worst teams to have visited Molineux this season. But Andre still had a job to do – and he was just so good in all aspects of his game.

Data indicated that Andre completed 48/52 passes, giving him accuracy of 92.3%. One of those 48 was also a ‘key’ pass.

Andre – who cost Wolves just £21 million (BBC Sport) – was also very busy in the middle, making seven tackles, three interceptions and six ball recoveries in the match.

The likelihood is that Cunha will be leaving Wolves this summer.

But Wolves fans can at least take some comfort from the fact that, as one top Brazilian is leaving, another is truly emerging at Molineux.
